Fueling my body on day 7

Breakfast - spinach and egg white omlet (4 egg whites)
Lunch - grilled chicken and mixed berrys
Dinner - grilled chicken and mixed berrys

Snacks - protein in between breakfast/lunch and lunch/dinner

Any ideas for a great post-workout meal? Let me know.
